These two friends have been playing different musics together for fifteen years. In 2017, they wanted a new repertoire and to get together as an acoustic duo, to play everywhere, easily. Philippe composes the majority of the songs, Jeanno also helps out and each one reveals the other’s music.

The duo is very close-knit and the two musicians have achieved a rare cohesion and complicity that gives them remarkable freedom in their interpretations and improvisations. Playful and dynamic, their music, born of the complementarity of the saxophone and the bandoneon, constitutes a repertoire where finesse and emotion rub shoulders with joy, good humour and energy.

With more than 250 stage appearances, one wonders how they manage to surprise us every time. Some songs have even become hits, like Tourpapak. The music travels between sometimes destabilising chords and melodies that you’ll find yourself whistling long afterwards, creating tension through heady repetitions that keep the listener on the edge of his seat. In addition, the two musicians have such a dense and varied musical career on their own that it feeds their reunion and their common universe, which means that this concert is never quite the same or quite another.
